Who are we?

We are first and foremost rental property owners.

Tim Ballering, the principal behind this project has been a rental property owner in MIlwaukee since 1977 and a full time rental property owner and manager since 1981.

Our management company, Affordable Rental Associates, LLC is located in Milwaukee WI and provides services to 1,300 to 1,500 units at any given time, primarily single and two family properties at 600 plus locations.

We began providing free online vacancy listings in 2000 for Milwaukee and Wisconsin rental property owners on the wi-rentals.com site. This site is an extension of that effort.

Tim has been on the board of directors of the Apartment Association of Southeastern WI, inc all but two years from 1989 though today.  For a decade he was the president of the organization that now boasts around 1,500 members.
